She is survived by: her husband James; her son James Jr.; her daughter-in-law Sandy Lee; her daughter Chelsey Mills; her son-in-law Kerry Mills; her grandchildren, Kenlee of Heavener, Robert of Heavener and Kayden of Heavener; her sister Sharon Guilbeaux; her mother Anita of Howe; her brothers, Allen Moore, Troy Moore and Melvin Moore; and also Brad Guilbeaux. She is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
