He was predeceased by: his parents, Taul Moore and Kathryn Moore (Bears); his former wife Sondra Kay Moore; his wife Carol Sue Moore; his daughter Gayla Dueutsch; his daughter-in-law Barbara Moore; and his grandson Ronnie Dueutsch.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Moore of Menifee and Kevin Moore of San Diego; his stepdaughter Kimberly Synder of Huntington Beach, California.; his siblings, Pat Shipley (Marvin) of Chickasha, Connie Statley of Evans, Colorado., Taul David Moore of Rock Springs, Wayne Moore of Des Moines, Irvin Moore of Avoca and Dean Moore of Iowa; his grandchildren, Amy and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Wesley, Tristen and Taylor; his niece Deana Morrison (Marty) of Heavener, Oklahoma.; and his close friends, James and Sharon Herrington of Heavener.
