She was predeceased by: her husband Bedford Joe Duncan; her son Barry Joe Duncan; her granddaughter Carole Lamb; and her siblings, Thelma King, Willie Bigler, Maud Harrelson, Norene Haggabush and Orville King.
She is survived by: her children, Emmett Keith Duncan (Colleen) of Norman and Carole Gill (Louis) of Poteau; her daughter-in-law Miyako Duncan of Wister; her siblings-in-law, Dee Haggabush and Jan Duncan; her grandchildren, Billy Joe Duncan, Louis R. Gill III (Rob), Stephen Gill (Molly) and Ashley Reighard (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Matt Steelman, Reece Lamb, Brooklyn Duncan, Ashlyn Duncan and Claire Reighard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers Lura asked to make a donation to Community Church of the Nazarene building fund or Gideons Bibles.
