She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Barbara Phipps (Rockwell) of Hodgen, Oklahoma.; her husband Von Mead; her siblings, Jo Ann Reynolds (Tony) of El Dorado, Arkansas. and Clinton Phipps, Jr. (Judy) of Hodgen, Oklahoma.; and her father Clinton Phipps, Sr.. She was also cherished by Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
