She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Carter and Opal T. Carter (Gipson); and her husband Charles F. Wheeler. She is survived by: her nephews, Jimmy Parker (Mishelle) of Brooksville and Edward Parker (Heather) of Joshua, Texas.; and her grandchildren, Jesse Johnston, Haylee Parker, Shyanna Parker, Wyatt Parker, Jamie Whitney, Joshua Whitney and Numerous.
