He was predeceased by: his parents, Mamie Wallace (Gunnels) and James Wallace; his children, Lewis "Wayne" Haggy II and Theresa Strong (Wallace); and his brother Jimmy Wallace.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Wallace; his children, Deborah Dow (Ralph) of Ratcliff, Jeri Hall (Dennis) and Nathan Wallace (Victoria) of Corpus Christi, Texas.; his grandchildren, Landon Dow, Mackenzie Green, Madison Green and Emma Wallace; his great grandchild Raelynn Wilsher; and his brothers, Danny Wallace of Texas and Donald Wallace of California.
