He was predeceased by: his parents, Pink Crabtree and Hazel Crabtree (Sims); his son Dale; and his siblings, William Cecil and Amozette Crabtree.

He is survived by: his wife Imogene; his children, Carol Houck (Dwayne) of Seminole, Oklahoma., David Crabtree (Kay) of Seminole and Kenny Crabtree (Debbie) of Howe; his grandchildren, Chad, Cory, Brandon, Ben, Danny and Shakara; and his great grandchild Numerous.
