He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Hamilton and Cecil Hamilton; and his granddaughter Elle Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hamilton; his children, Melissa Todd (Mike) of Tahlequah and Lance Hamilton (Darla) of Bentonville, Ark.; and his sister Jane Hamilton of Rogers. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
