He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Goforth of Heavener and Oklahoma Donna Molholt of Heavener; his grandchildren, Oklahoma Amber Hood of Heavener, Oklahoma Tyler Manley of Heavener, Oklahoma Jamie and Mattison Goforth of Heavener; his great grandchild Numerous; his wife Cheryl Manley; and his son Matthew Manley. He is also survived by friends He was preceded in death by his parents.
