He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hooper (Patillo); his children, Mark Alan Hooper of San Antonio, Brian Lee Hooper of Oklahoma City and Debbie Kay Humphrey (Randy) of Heavener; and his grandchildren, Gavin Lee Humphrey of Heavener, Hattie Lynn Humphrey of Heavener, Madeleine Renee Hooper (Olivia Grace Hooper) of Tallahassee Florida and Numerous.
