She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hemphill and Opal Hemphill (Cogburn); her children, Debbie Reeves, Calvin Brown and Monte Brown; and her sisters, Syble White and Dona Newell.
She is survived by: her husband Charles J. R. Brown of Heavener, Oklahoma.; her daughter Helen Hyatt (Jack); and her grandchildren, Christy Terry, Cerese McGee, Jennifer Cochran, Wayne Anderson, Joe Anderson of Lafe Anderson, K. C, Hyatt and Ashley Childers. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, Three great-great-grandchildren, Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home (710 US-270, Heavener, OK 74937). A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Reichert Cemetery.
