He is survived by: his wife Donna Wiley; his daughter Kandy Neilson (Leland) of Great Bend, Kansas.; his siblings, Phyllis Sanders of Waldron, Christine D'Arrigo of Quincy, Massachusetts., Donald Wiley of Beatty and Vester Wiley of Fanshawe, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Jacob Robertson, Brittany Robertson Neilson, Lee Neilson, Eric Neilson, Braeden Tadlock, Jackson Tadlock, Skylar Tammen, Kara Tammen and Kenzlee Tammen; and his great grandchild Grayson Phelps Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loved ones, and many friends.
