She is survived by: her children, Julie Chapman, Levi Hetzel (Jennifer John Hetzel) and Marilessa Money Jeff Hetzel (Marci Five); her sisters, Billie Meador, Virginia Harvey, Carolyn Beck and Joy Wilson; her grandchildren, Sadie Thompson, Rex Chapman, Courtnee Boardman, Katelynn Hetzel, Hailea Hetzel, Gracea Hetzel, Jessee Hetzel, Ellee Hetzel, Zach Payne, Samantha Holindrake and Carter Hetzel; her great grandchildren, Carson Gwynne, Allison Furnell, Braxton Furnell, Kaicyn Broussard, Khyleigh Broussard, Charlotte Ruegsegger, Dee Krueger, Ralph Ruegseggar and Monica Hawthorne Host; and her husband Larry Hetzel. She is also survived by friends and loved ones She was preceded in death by her parents.
