Michelle Mayes of Sallisaw, Oklahoma Jaylene Mayes of Sallisaw and Deni-Rae Ball (Andrew); his brother Jackie Don Mayes (Sharon) of Sallisaw; his children, Jacklynn Mayes Cole and Jay Mayes; his sister-in-law Melissa Mayes; his children, Kelsey, Kelly, Jake, Elaine, Emily, Colt, Ruby and Wesley; his grandparents, Clyde Renfro, Julia Renfro, Leota Mayes and Mangus Mayes; his brother Jimmy Mayes; his uncle Lee Ray Mayes; and also, His, Aunt and Deanie Mayes Turley. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren One niece: Vanessa Bird One nephew.
