He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen Irene Williams (Green); his children, Patricia Howell (James Helen Denise) and Charles Lane Williams, Jr. (Laura One); his brother Alvis Leon Williams (Jerry One); his brother-in-law Chesley Green (Jerri); his grandchildren, Rachel King (Zach, Caleb Howell), Natasha Torontali (Nick, Hannah Bellamy), Erika Bravo (Jaime, April Davis), Cassy Rosenthal (Zach, Asher Waren), Milan Wyatt (Melissa, Riley Wyatt), Carman Williams (Tiffany, Vashti Osborn), Andrea Clubb, Chad Warner (Valorie) and Russell Warner (Missy); his great grandchildren, Megan Pilkington, Garrett Huckabee, Jamie, Kinslee Howell, Sydney, Baxley King, Avery, Alyvia Warner, Ryan, Luke Warner, Karah Haas, Abel Waren, Remington Johnson, Rossi, Bristol Rosenthal, Blake, Bryndlee, Bodie Wyatt, Penelope, Adeline Torontali, Rhory, Mylah, Mabyn Bellamy and Carmany Williams Numerous; his parents, Alvis Williams and Pauline Williams; his siblings, Lee Ray Williams and Angeline Carr; his great grandchildren, Caspen Lane and Carter Dean Williams; and his brother Jimmy Binns. He was also cherished by nephews, nieces, and many friends.
