She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Lewis; and her son Gerie Lewis. She is survived by: her parent Adosha (Perry); her children, James Lewis (Laura) of Ozark, AR, Robert Lewis of Page, OK, Matthew Lewis (Kim) of Fort Smith, AR, Billy Lewis of Heavener, OK and Blendia Fulks (Michael) of Heavener, OK; and her brother Sam. She is also survived by two grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, as well as a host of other family members, friends.
