She is survived by: her children, Natalie Kelley (Kelvin) of Waldron, Theresa Coley of Waldron, Rachel Davis of Heavener, Oklahoma., Charles Collins Jr. (Charolette) of Waldron, Tony Collins of Heavener, Bobby Collins (Samantha) of Heavener and Vince Collins (Maxine) of Alamosa, Colorado.; her siblings, Mary Taylor, Nellie Watts (C. J.), Clarence Smallwood (Mona), Jesse Smallwood (Pauline) and Paul Smallwood; her grandchildren, Zachariah Kelley (Heather), Eli Kelley (Bobbie), Levi Kelley (Miranda), Jeremiah Kelley (Marie), Stephanie Ellis (Neal), Tabitha Babish (Collins), Ivana Frank Ross, Dylan Coley, Ethan Coley, Bryce Collins and Alyssa Collins; and her great grandchildren, William Kelley, Robby Kelley, Elijah Kelley, Rylee Kelley, Lunamae Kelley and Alli Kelley.
