She was predeceased by: her parents, Duke Shadden and Helen Shadden (Allen); her husband Glenn Patrick; and her brothers, Billy Ray and Vernon Shadden.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Patrick of Sulphur, Rusty Turnbull of Healdton, Rick and LeeAnn Patrick of Benbrook, Texas; her granddaughters, Amanda Patrick (Angel Larez), Erica (Michael Ofsak) and Sarah Turnbull of Sulphur; and her great grandchild Silas Ofsak of Ada.
