She is survived by: her husband David Hager; her sons, Timothy David "Tim" Hager of Ft. Worth, TX and Stephen Hager, Sr. (Brittany) of Healdton; her siblings, Vonda DeLano (Richard) of Wilson and Donnie Slawson, Sr. of Healdton; and her grandchildren, Maci, Valerie, Brittany, Natalie, Adison and Alyssa.
