He is survived by: his daughter Allegra Chase (Rickey Butler) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Sunny Hadley, Roxana Massingill and Colleen Chase; his sister Willie Faye Chase; his nephews, Kurtus Smoot, Little Richard Ponder, Steven Chase and Jay Chase; and his niece Rebecca Leath.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Milo Church (23166 OK-53, Springer, OK 73458). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Milo Baptist Church (23166 OK-53, Springer, OK 73458).
