She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Henry "Joe" Smith and Frances Gayle Royal Smith. She is survived by: her children, Jarrod and Jessica Smith; and her siblings, Karen Clements (J. C.), Teresa Fine (Joe), Retha Qualls (Jason), Joseph Smith (Christy) and Steven Smith. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren.
