He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Barron Reid and Linnie Mildred Reid; his siblings, Richard, Tony Reid and Iva Dale Reid Strauser; and his great grandchild Raynie Suzanne Paul.
He is survived by: his son Joseph; his wife Sandra Reid; his brothers, Bobby Reid (Jayne) of Ringling and Wayne "Whitey" Reid (Dana) of Granite City, IL; and his great grandchild Many. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
