He was predeceased by: his spouse Gayle Miller; and his brothers, Hubert Girdwood "Tankie" Spivey and Danny Spivey. He is survived by: his daughters, Kealise Linville (Danny) of Sulphur and Leah Carver (Butch) of Paden; his grandchildren, Chance Linville (Kimberly), Bryna Anderson (Ryan) and Ty Spivey Carver (Danielle); and his great grandchildren, Macyn Anderson, Cade Anderson, Luke Linville, Dannie Linville, Ryder Carver and Sloan Carver.
