He was predeceased by: his father Richard Frank; his siblings, Joe Howard, Billy Frank, Frankie Mae Watson and Imajean Bartee; and his children, Bobby Lynn, Dorwin, Judy, Sandra, Sherry Renee Skelton and Vicky Mae Camplain.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Glenn; his children, Retha Cook (Buck), Fatima Graves (Rip) and Josh Carroll (Erin); his grandchildren, Damian Cook, Tabitha Graves, Toni Grace, Retha and Garrett Carroll; and his children, Camdyn, Tripp Cook, Kyndalyn, Kandace Pitzer, Lilith Terry and Kiera Rolen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
