He was predeceased by: his stepmother Linda McMillen (Sanders); and his brothers, Jackie Wayne Hill, Paul Gene McMillen and Johnny Ray McMillen. He is survived by: his wife April Sanders; his daughter Jadyn McMillen of Wilson; his stepson Creed Fancher of Ardmore; his father Bill McMillen, Sr. of Wilson; his stepfather Kenneth Yount; his siblings, Nancy Jackson (Daryl) of Wister, Pamela Carter (David) of Gainesville, TX, Frankie McMillen (Sheree) of Watonga, Tim McMillen (Tamara), David McMillen (Kelli) of Fox, Shawn Williamson (Chasity) of Blanchard, Eddie Hill (Nicki) of Velma, Neta Hill of Ardmore, Janna Boyd (Chris) of Justin, TX and Debbie White (Leroy) of Norman; and his nephew DJ Carter. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews; and a host other family and friends.
