He is survived by: his wife Priscilla "Sug" Spence; his sons, David and Dale Spence; his daughter-in-law Pam Spence; his sisters, Lucille Dobs, Yvonne Spence Arney and Billie Patterson; and his grandchildren, Samuel, Noah and Candacy Spence.
