He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Booker; and his sibling Norma Booker. He is survived by: his children, Vonda Shirleen Giar, Patricia Diane Booker, Judy Carol Booker, Brenda Faye Amundson and Jeffrey Von Booker; his grandchildren, Stacy Polowski, Michelle Lambert, Mickey Kennedy, Corey Walters, Renee Brooks, Christopher Viers, Matthew Viers, Brittany Munro and Kaylee Munro; and his siblings, Don Booker, Marlon Booker, Earl Booker, Boodgie Booker and Jimmy Booker.
