He is survived by: his children, Travis Carter of Macon and Mary Carter of Lake Charles, LA; and his siblings, Ed Carter (Kathy) of Holly Creek, Kathey, Bray of Broken Bow and Juanita Tate of Springdale, AR. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
