He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alvy Neel and Ollie Neel; his spouse Terry Lawrence of Harris, OK; his son Ricky Joe Neel; his daughter-in-law Ashley Neel of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Anna, Wyatt and Paige Neel; and his siblings, Carl, Jackie Neel, Sue Russell, Judy Aldridge and Pamela Simpson. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and more friends.
