He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Edward and Ina Leona Hill (Tapley); his wife Della Shelton Hill; his brothers, James Hill and Larry Hill; his son-in-law Louis Santiago; and his grandson-in-law Richie Segraves.

He is survived by: his children, Shirley Pogue (Dick), Bobby Hill (Pam), Gary Hill (Pam) and Debra Hill Santiago of Goodwater Community, OK; and his grandchildren, Billy Pogue, Emily, Karen Segraves, Chyan Parson, Curtis, Shala Irvan, Vince, Josh Bowline, Seth Hill, Eddie Rodgers, Vickey and Heather Hill. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends.

Bill donated countless hours to fish fries, pie walks and spook trails.
