He is survived by: his wife Sherry Clampet; his children, Jason, Leslie Cunningham of Stratford, OK, Rebecca Bartlett of Norman, OK, Clint and Kimberly Clampet of Idabel, OK; his grandchildren, Jace, Cohen, Nolan Cunningham, Camden, Bryson Bartlett, John and Lily Clampet; his sister Karen Ireland of Stillwater, OK; his mother-in-law Pat Thompson; and his siblings-in-law, Chip, Kelley Thompson, Rance, Tracy Thompson and Angie Lee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
