She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Lonnie M. and Minty Lee Seay (Welborn); her husband Billy DeWayne Stevens; her sisters, Faye Patrick, Naomi Thompson Townsend, Mary West, Jessie Thomas and Mida Lee Seay; her great grandchild Tony Clark, Jr.; and her granddaughter Naomi McWilliams.
She is survived by: her children, Freda Stevens and Fred Stevens; her sister Ann Creel Campbell; her grandchildren, Kathy Clark, Kristie McNamara, Crystal McWilliams, Aliesha Sexton, Dustin Sexton and Amanda Stevens; and her great grandchildren, Chris Clark, Justin Clark, Sara Adkison, Katie McNamara, Jeremy Piner, Mariah Bolter and Kashton Lange. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
