He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Franklin Qualls and Lena Marguerite Qualls (Eckenrode); his wife Iris Inez Mangrum; and his siblings, Glenn (Beatrice Mosby), Bert Qualls and Marie Denney.
He is survived by: his sons, Will (Megan) of Haskell and Jeff (Jenny) of Van Buren; his grandchildren, William Tanner Qualls, William Wyatt Qualls, Nicholas Montgomery Qualls, Griffin Jack Qualls, Piper Riley Qualls, Taryn Avery Qualls, Jaden Asher Qualls and Kinley Ryan Qualls; his great grandchildren, Adelaide and Josephine Qualls; and his brother Floyd Qualls. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
