We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2023, at the age of 68, Vinita Rose Ramsey of Haskell, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gipson Manley and Rose Mary Manley (Harris); her siblings, Mark Dee Manley, Ronda Gossett, Samuel Foster and Nadine Wade; and her grandchildren, Stevvan Goines and Ailayah Foster.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen Wayne Ramsey; her daughters, Tammy Balbale (Asif) of Triangle, VA, Randee Gist (Christopher) of Haskell, OK and Karen Breese of Nowata, OK; her grandchildren, Reynden Lewis, Austin Lewis, Nikolas Foster, Christopher Gist, Jr., Samuel Gist and Shai-Ayla Gist; and her siblings, Jan Alan Manley of Thaxton, VA, Debbie Vandiver of Atchison, KS, Sarah Cummings of St. Joseph, MO, Terri Banks of Atchison, KS and John Foster of Atchison, KS. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
