She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas and Velma Lee Goodall (Smith); and her siblings, Jerry Goodall, Bonnie Howerton and Dorothy Perry.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Wayne Osburn; her children, Becky Cox (Larry) of Searcy, AR, Roger Osburn (Jan) of Morrison, OK, Larry Osburn (Regina) of Bixby, OK, Jim Osburn (Karen) of Coweta, OK and Leah Blan (Stan) of Haskell, OK.; and her sister Fernon Easley of Broken Arrow, OK. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces, and a multitude of friends.
