He is survived by: his wife Billie Sue Jay; his children, Jimmy Jay (Retha) of Tecumseh, Leyanna Caldwell (Jayson) of Inola and Gary "Goobie" Jay; his pet Chevy of Haskell; his siblings, Troy Lee Jay (Norma) of Haskell, Lillian Tarbet (Jerry) of Prattville, Joyce Perryman (Don) of Prue and Betty Dowdy of Haskell; his siblings-in-law, Tony Olden (Charlotte) of Cave Springs, Frank Olden (Cindy) of Wagoner, Betty Olden of Coweta, Ladonna Sanders (Harlin) of Coweta and Tammi Whalen (Daryl) of Broken Arrow; his grandchildren, Devin Moore, Miranda Moore (Jarrod), Samantha Sanchez (Michael), Sierra Riley (Matt), Christie Jay, Dalton Jay, Kris, Justus Jay (Chelsea), Delaney Brewster and Kyle; his great grandchildren, Beau, Serenity, Connor, Aaron, Eli, Presleigh, Quinn, Tucker, Dylan, Bryleigh, LuKayse, Maeleigh and Rhett; his granddaughter-in-law Shannon Ragsdale; and his daughter-in-law Jennifer Jay. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
