He is survived by: his son Terry Siedlik; his stepdaughter LaDonna Warren; his siblings, Daniel Siedlik, Bobby Siedlik, Rosy Harvey of Muskogee and Shirley Van Blaricom of Whitefield; and his granddaughter Amanda Siedlik of Muskogee. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
