She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Frank Polk; her children, Mike, Rannah, Jalae and Jonathan; and her former husband Wayne Damme. She was also cherished by her three children, nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grand children.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Haskell (1401 N Haskell Blvd, Haskell, OK 74436).
