It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Imogene Harvel Webb (Haskell, Oklahoma), who passed away on May 11, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Delbert Leon Webb; her son Delbert Leon Webb II (Duke); her parents, Harvey Wright Harvel and Mildred Irene Pardue; and her brother Harvey Ray Harvel.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joyce Wisdom of Haskell and Jerald Harvel of Skiatook; her daughters, Terry Foutch (Keith Foutch) of Muskogee and Nancy Ward (Roy Ward) of Coweta; her grandchildren, Brandan, Melissa Foutch of Fort Gibson, Blake, Mindy Foutch of Boynton, Lucas, Jyme Ward of Coweta, Austin Ward of Coweta, Cody and Hannah Webb of Haskell; and her great grandchildren, Lexie, Linzi Foutch, Wyatt, Bristol Foutch, Spencer Ward and Caden Webb. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
