She is survived by: her husband Gary Pernell; her children, Brooke, Eric Endecott, Sara and Dustin Lutherbeck; her grandchildren, Logan, Jordyn, Austin, Blayne and Saylor; her great grandchildren, Brantley and Hudson; and her granddaughter Janey. She is also survived by her family, friends.
