With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earl Cope of Haskell, Oklahoma, born in Wagoner, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Cope and Josie Cope-Vaughn (Dice); his wife Betty Lou Foutch; and his sister Laverne Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Lin (Dianna Cope), Mitchell (Christy Cope), Vickie (Bryan Freeman) and Ed (Sheree Cope); his grandchildren, Justin Cope (Wendy), Jason Cope (Emily), Stacy Cole (Joe), Mikel Cope (Chantel), Kody Freeman, Kruz Freeman (Morgan), Waylon Cope, Josie Cope, Weston Cope and Wesley Cope; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Justin, Natalee, Jaxon, Brooklin, Wyatt, Weston, Mason, Briar and Stryker; and his siblings, Christine Madewell (Bob) of Coweta, Louise Latham, Eunice Jordan, Velma Swarer, Jenice Swarer, Walter "Sonny" Vaughn and J. W. Vaughn (Francis). He is also survived by his family and friends.
