She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Abla August and Charley Nesser August; her husband James; her children, Nanette, Nicholas Hathaway, James and Gigi Shadid; and her grandchildren, Grace Hathaway, Nicholas Hathaway, Anna Hathaway, Dimitri Shadid, Noel Shadid and Emil Shadid. She was also cherished by nephews and nieces.
