He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Moore and Mollie Moore (Brooks); his wife Billie Moore; his siblings, Burman Moore, Jackie Beaman, Wanda Hill and Geraldine Blaylock; and his son-in-law Gary Dove.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Loman (Ronnie) of Haileyville, Teresa Dove of Haileyville and Frank Moore (Donna) of Cromwell; his grandchildren, Missie Burdick (Jade), Clif Loman (Lora), Chris Loman (Mandy), Wil Loman (Shannan), Charles Dove (Sandra), Justin Green (Whitney), Colt Moore, Ashley Green and Taylor Moore; and his sisters, Hazel Phelps of Springdale, AR, Melba Hail of Sulphur and Carmelita Grant of Cromwell. He is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
