It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sean Jackson Bohlen of Hartshorne, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 27, 2024, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John Henry Bohlen, II; his sister Jacqlynn Renee Bohlen; his grandparents, John Henry, Carol Bohlen (Rickey) and Robert S. Gray, Sr.; and his uncle Andy Gray.

He is survived by: his mother Gail Louise Bohlen (Gray); his grandmother Maxine Latuscha; his brother Jonathan Bohlen (Christina); his uncles, Bob Gray, Calvin Gray, Amos Gray (Christina) and John Paul Bohlen; and his cousins, Derck Gray, Jessica Gray, Kathrine Emery (Jordan), Jaylyn Soucy (Stephen), Erica Gray and Justin Gray. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Crowder First Baptist Church (523 3rd St, McAlester, OK 74501).

“Sean was the best friend anyone could ask for our energy sparked and we hit it off from the first time we met at Franklin electric We worked together for 2 Days right before Christmas in 2021 I recruited him as a workout partner and we became great friends and it was like we’ve known each other for a life time . He was everything I needed in a friend and couldn’t of asked for anything better Sean’s giving and loving spirit touched my life He was my brother I never had .”
