It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtle Morgan of Hartshorne, Oklahoma, born in Haileyville, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 4, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland Sweet and Fannie Leigh Sweet (James); her husband Clarence C. Morgan; her siblings, Billy Montgomery, Bernice Robinson, Bobby Sweet, Eugene Sweet, Orville Leigh and Harvey Sweet; her children-in-law, Justene Morgan and David Kuykendall; her grandchildren, John and Dana Morgan; her great grandchild Jordan Teafatiller; and her nephew John Vincent Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Jim (Mary Morgan), Charley Morgan of Holdenville, Clarence (Linda Morgan), Frankie (Linda Morgan), Mathew Morgan of Haileyville, Ricky Morgan (David Morgan) of Adamson, Mary Kuykendall of Haileyville, Katy Kenney of Spiro and Lynnette (Bill Emberton); her brother James Leigh of Owasso; and her brother-in-law James Montgomery. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
