She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Drizness and Helen Drizness (Watchrovich); her husband John Leroy Bolt; and her siblings, Patty (Kenny Hamner), Mary Lou (Claude Kedy) and Anthony (Betty Drizness).
She is survived by: her children, John Bolt of Hartshorne, OK, Patrick, Bambi Bolt of Hartshorne, OK, Julie and Mike Kreidler of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Weston Lay of South Carolina, Sarah, Hayden Duckwitz of Illinois, Tristan Bolt of Haileyville, OK, Bryce Cullum of Davenport, OK, Hayden Bolt of Davenport, OK, Angela Meredith of Oklahoma City, OK, Jacey of Hartshorne, OK and Rhyanna Meredith of Hartshorne, OK; her great grandchild Paisley Bolt of Haileyville, OK; her close friend Sue Fry; and her nephews, Mike Hamner, Ethan Hamner, Aaron Shaw, Luke Shaw, Cade Shaw and Marty Wilcox.
