He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Collins; and his father-in-law Jack Holloway. He is survived by: his wife Ronda Collins; his children, Josh (Kristin Collins), Megan Collins and Caleb (Kasey Collins); his grandchildren, Halle Collins, Magnolia Bea Collins, Collyn White, Kynslee Riley and Payson "P. J."; his mother Mary Ann Collins-Browning (White); his sister Tami; his brother-in-law Pat Kelley; his nieces, Kassidee Kelley and Miranda (Derek Nickell); his mother-in-law Laverne Holloway; his siblings-in-law, Duane Holloway, Trish and Bobby Nace; and his nieces and nephews, Crystal and Kiefer Holloway.
