It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jearl D. Copeland of Hartshorne, Oklahoma, born in Locust Grove, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 30, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Copeland and Edna Copeland (Edwards); and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Dickard and Rodger Benny. He is survived by: his wife Mernie Copeland of Hartshorne, OK; and his siblings, David (Jeanie Copeland), Dale (June Copeland), Wilma (Travis Martin), Naomi (Dennis Mersdorf), Lorene (David Alley), Rosella Benny of Sapulpa, OK and Retha (Matt Grisham).
