He is survived by: his wife Sharon Winningham; his children, Brad Winningham, Heather Ziverk (Billy Ray), Malyssa Cassada and Morryssa Cassada; his grandchildren, Ty Winningham, Brynna Winningham, McKinney Jo Ziverk, Mason Cassada and Devyn Cassada; and his siblings, Kathy Hays and Jerry Davidson.
