He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Huff; his wife Joan Marie Huff (Blackwell); his mother Margaret Lorene Huff (Lancaster); his sons, Earnest Huff, Jr. and Robert Huff; and his grandson Rob Roy Burleson.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Krepp of Hartshorne; his grandchildren, Kevin Galik (Kristine) of Hartshorne, Frank Burleson of California, Andrew Galik and Belinda Martin of McAlester; his great grandchildren, Jake Hodges, Kevin Galik, III, Agle Jones, Alyssa Crabtree, Bailey Vargas, Hanna Johnson, Faith Burleson and Mary Burleson; his sister Laurie Stowers of Alderson; and his nephew Stevie Lynn Lewis. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and family and friends.
